Instructions for filling out the
Simply Giving Form
This
form can look intimidating but it is really
simple. Here are
some instructions to
help make it a little easier. If
you
have any questions you can call the church office at 635-7200 and they
will be
happy to answer your questions.
Fill in the section that says, ALL
ENROLLMENTS
- Be sure to sign your name in this box.
- If you attach a
voided check or deposit slip with your account numbers on it you don’t
have to fill in the routing/account numbers.
Those can be hard to figure out!
Fill
in the section that says,
CONGREGATION DONATIONS
- Check the box of
how often you want
a donation made
- If you want all
funds to go to the General fund…you are done!!
Just turn it in to the church office or mail it in.
- If you want your
giving to be designated to certain areas please indicate them and now
you are done!
