JULY 24TH FUNDRAISER FOR ECLA YOUTH GATHERING AT THE LODI MEAT MARKET

Every three years, 30,000 youth entering 8th-12th grades and their adult leaders from across the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America gather for a week of faith formation known as the ELCA National Youth Gathering. Through days spent in interactive learning, worship, Bible study, service, and fellowship, young people grow in faith and are challenged and inspired to live their faith in their daily lives. The next youth gathering is July 2022 in Minneapolis, MN. The theme is “Boundless – God Beyond Measure”. The Youth and Family Committee is energized to make this opportunity available to Dekorra’s youth and we already have a core of families committed. We are still recruiting youth and leaders to join this formative adventure.

​Our first fundraiser will be on July 24th at the Lodi Meat Market (150 S Main St in Lodi, WI). It will run from 10am - 1pm! Volunteers and participants for this ministry will be selling grilled brats, chips, drinks and other goodies with the proceeds being donated to the cost of sending youth and leaders to this event.
