• *****DLC Treasurer Needed Immediately: Jon Kutzke has resigned as Treasurer for health reasons. As a result, we need a Treasurer who will also serve as a member of the Council's Executive. If you are willing to fill this position, even if temporarily, please let us know. This is a crucial role as we need to start working on the 2027 budget. You can contact:

• Thursday 9/10 - Council Meeting - 6:30 pm
• Sunday 9/13 -  Fall Rally Day Pot Luck - Join us for a later (10 AM) service followed by a potluck picnic. Community welcome. Come and meet your neighbors, walk the meditation path. Kids games too!
• Sunday, 9/20 - Blessing of the Pets - Bring your pet(s) or a picture of your pet(s) to be blessed. We will have a couple of stations set up for the blessing. Poynette K-9 Nox, with his handler, Officer Rhinehart, and a representative from the Columbia County Humane Society, will be joining us. Please pass the word to your friends and family to join us for this service.
• Sunday, 9/20 - Blessing of Backpacks - ​ In addition to the Blessing of Pets, we will also have a Blessing of Backpacks during this service. Students and adults, don’t forget to bring your backpack for this blessing.​
• Wednesday, 9/23 - Confirmation begins with orientation at 6 pm. 
  
• Sunday, 9/27 - Sunday School kick-off - 10:15 - 11:15 - Kids, come and meet up with your friends. VBS guests welcome to check out our Sunday school. Ages 4K-5th grade learn about Jesus love.
• All-Committee Meeting - Tuesday, 10/6 at 6:30 pm
